- Account information via our authentication provider (Clerk)
- Messages, decision memos, and session notes in your portal
- Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
How we use information
- Deliver advisory services and maintain your engagement history
- Send notifications about replies, memos, and billing
- Improve our knowledge base and service quality (aggregated, anonymized)
Data retention
Portal data is retained for the duration of your engagement plus 12 months, unless you request earlier deletion or a longer retention period is agreed in writing.
