  • Contact and company information from intake forms
  • Account information via our authentication provider (Clerk)
  • Messages, decision memos, and session notes in your portal
  • Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

How we use information

  • Deliver advisory services and maintain your engagement history
  • Send notifications about replies, memos, and billing
  • Improve our knowledge base and service quality (aggregated, anonymized)

Data retention

Portal data is retained for the duration of your engagement plus 12 months, unless you request earlier deletion or a longer retention period is agreed in writing.
